This study examined the interrelationship between job satisfaction, sexual satisfaction, and employee productivity, with particular emphasis on the moderating role of sexual satisfaction in shaping workplace outcomes. A cross-sectional research design was employed, involving 200 full-time employees from diverse occupational sectors in urban regions of Jammu and Kashmir. Standardized and validated instruments were used to assess job satisfaction, sexual satisfaction, and employee productivity. Data were analysed using correlational, regression, and moderation analyses to examine both direct and interaction effects among the study variables. The findings revealed significant positive associations among job satisfaction, sexual satisfaction, and employee productivity. Moreover, sexual satisfaction emerged as a significant moderator in the relationship between job satisfaction and productivity, indicating that higher levels of sexual satisfaction strengthened the positive impact of job satisfaction on employee performance. The study highlights the importance of considering personal life domains, particularly sexual satisfaction, in understanding workplace behaviour and productivity. These findings underscore the value of adopting a holistic approach to employee wellbeing, suggesting that organisational policies and interventions addressing overall life satisfaction may contribute to enhanced workplace outcomes
